ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Sr. QA Analyst to join a team of highly skilled quality assurance testing team to revolutionize the way technology is used within surgery centers across the country.
This position is primarily responsible for:
- Manage and deliver QA testing effort and QA intake process for all SCAH projects
- Peer review test suites and provide refinement as needed
- Lead and coach QA engineers towards building and executing QA activities
- Manage QA deliverables, and project time tracking and ensure successful QA closure
- Develop detailed test plans and test suites for multiple SCAH projects
- Create, maintain, and manage test data, using test management tools
- Adhere to the prescribed overarching QA strategy and processes
- Build SQL queries based on the business requirements and validate expected test results
- Perform test execution in the prescribed test environments and ensure testing is performed on the latest code
- Perform test execution using various testing methods, viz., functional, GUI, DB, API etc.
- Plan and identify automatable regression suites for SCAH projects
- Proactive defect reporting and retest on all data integration defects
- Host defect triage sessions and facilitate working sessions for defect remediation
- Provide weekly summary report to QA lead with clear traceability of requirements to functionality
- Work collaboratively with project leads, ensure quality gates and test coverage across all SCAH projects.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other technology related fields.
- 5-7 years of expertise QA testing and a member of Testing Center of Excellence
- 6 years of experience in developing test plans, test suites and test execution specialized in database validations
- 6 years of experience in test traceability, ensuring requirements to functional deliveries
- 5 years of test automation experience in selenium or open-source automation tools, is require
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Healthcare, financial and banking domain, with ability to with work with multivendor teams
- 3 years of hands-on experience in developing SQL queries, with ability to update and execute queries
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure Test plan and test management
- 2 years of defect management, triaging, brainstorming, defect retest and reporting
- Demonstrate experience with Agile, hybrid-agile and waterfall methodologies.

- Good to have, understanding and experience in test automation tools, C#, selenium
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, decisive, action-oriented individual
- Excellent interpersonal with test to break attitude, collaborative, and a team player.
- Able to clearly articulate requirements into test cases and ensure test coverage with other teams.
- Ability to be broadly focused and deliver multiple efforts concurrently.
