Job Summary:
Provide quality dental treatment to Care Alliance patients. Oversee clinical areas of operations and represent CAHC in the community by participating in CAHC sponsored outreach events.
Task Responsibilities:
*Include but are not limited to:
· Participates as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
· Perform exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient's health.
· Meet with patients and instruct them on proper oral care.
· Provide required dental care as needed.
· Develop treatment plans to address dental health issues.
· Measuring and fitting dental appliances
· Referring patients to a specialist if needed
· Responsible for dental records to review events and determine interventions and solutions
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience:
Required:
· Graduate of an accredited school of dental and Current State of Ohio Dental License
· Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population base.
· Eligible for Medicaid/Medicare provider status.
· Strong clinical background.
· Expertise in denture fabrication, extractions, complex restorative and patient management.
· Excellent oral and written communications' skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
