Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM Worksite Setting: Health center Scope of Work: Provides acute, chronic and preventive care and education to children and adults. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certification, CA License, DEA, BLS required Pay Rate Preferred: $120/hr
