$225k Salary, 3 Weeks On/1 Week Off Northwestern Oklahoma CRNA Job

- Must have Oklahoma license
- Reason for need: growth
- Hospital setting
- CRNAs work independently
- 3 weeks on 1 week off OR 1 week on 1 week off
- Call: 4 weekday calls and one weekend call a month
- Schedule: work until cases are done but average work week is 25 hours
- 3-5 cases a day
- Type of cases include bread and butter, healthy peds
- Low volume
- Credentialing 30-90 days
- New grads welcome!

- You d be a 1099 independent contractor

- 225k base plus 50-100k bonus for optional pain sedation at their sister campus
