We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Marketing and Communications who will guide strategic direction and internal communications targeting our 16,000 employees and 28,000 residents across our portfolio of managed communities.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting from $100,000/ annually.
How you will make an impact
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in internal marketing and communications and guide strategic direction and internal communications targeting our employees and residents across our portfolio of managed communities
Deliver proactive, consultative client service and strategic account management to several of the organization's business areas, including, but not limited to areas such as Human Resources, Information Technology, General Services, Operations, and Dining
Responsible for managing direct report(s), using leadership and relationship-building skills to serve as a culture carrier, mentor, and aid in fostering skill development, and team engagement.
Work collaboratively with the copywriting team, editing and occasionally developing communications content, keeping communications fresh and engaging, and regularly developing and exploring new ideas and strategies as it relates to employee and resident communication.
Collaborate with the creative, production, strategy, and communications team members to elevate the overall creative and communications product with an intuitive, mature approach.
What you will need
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of marketing and communications experience is required; experience navigating a large, complex organization and working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
3-5 years project management experience in a large corporate marketing department or agency is preferred, with experience managing many projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong creative strategic brief writing skills, ability to draft a comprehensive strategic internal communications plan, and demonstrate strong content editing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with ability to learn other internal database programs.
Proficient on both the Macintosh (OSX) and PC computing platforms.
