A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time maintenance technician. You provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests by maintaining the buildings and grounds of our Golf Course location. You are knowledgeable about operating, maintaining, and repairing various types of equipment, machinery and building systems. Your work offers variety: one day you check and change light bulbs, ballasts, or switches, while other times you set up audio visual, lighting, etc. for banquet events. You also assist with miscellaneous troubleshooting and repairs to our plumbing including our swimming pool. You are thorough in your preventive maintenance on miscellaneous equipment (e.g., belts, filters, adjustments, grease etc.), proudly keeping all equipment up and running.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This full-time maintenance position requires working variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Five+ years of comparable work experience
- EPA certification for HVAC and CPO (certified pool operator license) preferred
- Ability to perform strenuous lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to follow safety work rules (ladder safety, lock out tag out, protective eye wear, gloves, etc.)
- Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
Experience working in a similar environment, previous experience maintaining equipment and buildings, and some HVAC knowledge are highly desirable but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
