We are seeking a board-certified Radiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reading all diagnostic modalities, including mammography, and performing basic interventional radiology procedures such as arthrograms and breast biopsies. The position involves joining a team of one employed Radiologist and two contracted Radiologists, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Read and interpret diagnostic imaging studies, covering a variety of modalities including fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound, mammography, MRI, nuclear studies, and basic interventional radiology procedures.
- Collaborate with other Radiologists and medical professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnoses.
- Maintain proficiency in the use of digital imaging equipment and related technology.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts within the radiology department.
Qualifications: - Board certification within 5 years of residency.
- Comfortable reading all diagnostic modalities.
- Proficient in basic interventional radiology procedures.
Working Hours: - Monday to Friday (Specific hours to be discussed during the interview process).
On-Call and Coverage: - Nighthawk coverage for evenings (5 pm - 7 am), weekends (24 hrs. ), and holidays for final reads.
Case Volume: - Expect to read 70-90 cases daily
