- Shift: 7a-3.30p or 7a-5.30p
- Looking for 1-8 hour and 1-10 hour provider. Open to 2-8's or 2-10's
- Reason for Coverage: FMLA
- Practice Setting: Hospital Based
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- CRNA will be Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologist
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-15
- Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center
- Annual ER Volume: (OR volume - 13,000 cases per year)
- Description of OR Staff: physician, anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nursing staff
- Number of Operating Rooms: 11 ORs on main, 4 on south and medical imaging as well
- Patient Age Demographic: Pediatric-Adolescent
- Procedures Required:
- General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management (Intraop Only)
- Board Certified - AANA only - Required
- BLS/PALS - Required
- Active OH license - Required, not accepting IMLC
- Accepting new grads, peds experience preferred
- Covid Vaccinated - Required
- Local provider - Highly preferred
