Locums - A well respected facility has a Internal medicine physician opportunity 2 hours north of Phoenix, Arizona.
- Start date October 7, 2024 ongoing for 6+ months
- BC Internal Medicine
- AZ license or IMLC and DEA
- Clean malpractice and background required
- Preferred schedule; 4x10's with Wed or Thurs off
- 2 weekdays and 1 weekend per month/will only be taking calls never called back in weekday call 5p-7a; weekend call 7a-7a
- Acute care, annual wellness exams, follow up visits, surgical clearances, hospital and ER follow ups, etc., triage calls and after hours with nurses.
- Required Procedures: Wound care, ear lavages, sutures, cryotherapy
- Outpatient - primarily ages 65+
- EMR used is Cerner
