The MES Solution Architect is part of the Manufacturing applications development team. Solution architect will be responsible for leading the MES development team to build world class MES solutions by leveraging technical knowledge of Siemens Camstar MES and Cepheid business. In this role, the associate will be engaging with stakeholders across all of the manufacturing sites, internal teams like engineering and service operations to gather requirements, build solution direction, implementation and testing of the solution and its roll-out for operations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Design, build, test and deploy scalable MES solutions
Establish and follow SDLC processes for software development team. For example, codebase management, code reviews, unit testing etc
Lead a group of passionate MES developers ( consultants ) and own their day to day activities
Collaborate within solutions team comprising of in-house as well as consulting partners for solution design and implementation
Participate in kaizens, GEMBAs to gain insight into issues faced by stakeholders and innovate solutions that solve those issues
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience
Expert knowledge of Siemens Camstar V7 ( Designer, portal studio, CIO etc ) , ERP, operations management etc
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work with associates across the company to manage expectations and establish priorities
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Interfacing of Camstar MES to other systems
Knowledge of ISA-S95 standards
Familiarity and experience with Danaher Business Systems principles.
Knowledge and experience with Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Familiarity with Manufacturing Batch/Device History Records in Medical Device manufacturing.

The salary range for this role is $133,000 - $185,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #L1-WT1
