This position will be relocating from Springfield, VA to Chantilly, VA before the end of 2024.

We are seeking an Office Administrator for our Springfield office for the support of our National, Products, National Capitol Region and Analysis & Technical Services Program contracts.
Duties will include:
Employee focused - Our employees are the Subject Matter Experts who work on research & development teams; the Office Administrator works to resolve issues they have with facilities, equipment and resources; our customers are also the guests to the facility Government, ENSCO, sub-contractors and other contractors.
Collaboration key to managing a successful office; need close collaboration / coordination with Security, Program Managers and the Administrative Lead for our group in Cocoa Beach, FL.
Communication keep the Program Managers informed of any situations, problems or personnel issues that the Office Administrator needs assistance on; keep the Program Manager / Supervisor informed on status of assigned tasks; provides regular feedback on office environment and morale type topics
Accountability ensuring assigned tasks are thoroughly completed; that personnel have needed resources; coordination / collaboration is taking place; Division-assigned tasks are thoroughly completed; priorities are understood and followed
Initiative taking initiative to improve workplace environment; soliciting inputs from management and employees for improvements; ensuring our guests have what they need.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Employee Support
o Onboarding - support completion of all onboarding actions for additions to the team
o Meetings - coordinate, schedule and facilitate meetings
o Travel - support MAC/AMC travel arrangements and provide Expense Report support to Springfield team
o Promote internal communication and employee morale
Management of software licenses (license renewal, maintaining list of software products)
Management of computer assets for employees and projects
Facility Management
o Property Management - ensure that all ENSCO and government property is tracked and properly labeled for Springfield property.
o Conference Rooms - maintain conference room schedules; ensure that conference rooms are functioning properly and are ready for use
Purchasing
o Produce purchase requisitions from requests for items needed in the Springfield office (furniture, common software, expensive supplies, services needed, etc.);
o Complete expense Reports / AMEX reconciliation monthly
o Procure services as necessary for daily operation of the facility
o Employee POC for all employee office supplies / needs
Qualifications Required (Skills)
2+ Years office related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools
Ability to research, evaluate, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures to a variety of situations and to recommend timely and economical solutions.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers, management, contractors, academia, and other agencies.
Strong written and verbal skills
MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN & MAINTAIN A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.
Qualifications Desired
Bachelor's Degree
Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance
Experience managing SharePoint site
Experience with CostPoint and/or SAP Concur
