UNI Healthcare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team.
The Admissions RN is responsible for all aspects related to the initial patient assessment and plan of care upon admission for patients across the life span (perinatal, pediatrics, and adults) according to established standards and practice. Responsible for providing information about services to potential patients, referral sources, and providing education to the community as needed. Responsible for skilled nursing assessment and hospice plan of care in order to maximize the comfort of patients and families consistent with the company standards. As a member of the Interdisciplinary Group, works collaboratively with the patient's healthcare team to ensure continuity of care across care settings
Pay: $55 to $60 an hour
Shift: 12am to 8:30am
