End Date: Ongoing - Need a 3-6 month commitment; Options to Extend Schedule/Shifts: Preferred: M-F, 7a-3p + optional Call; If you need a different schedule, please offer availability
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days after all documents are submitted
Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active, unrestricted CA License
- Clean background, DEA, Malpractice, NPDB
- ACLS, BLS certifications; please submit any others you possess (TEE, MQA, etc.)
- Submit updated CV with reply
- Covid + Other Vaccines/Immunizations + TB
- Availability of start date and schedule
EMR: Epic Skills: General Anesthesia: GI, HNS, Hem/Onc, Ortho, Podiatry, Ophthalmology; However, there are options for more advanced cases if candidate is capable/interested: OB, PEDs, Dental Limited Travel Expenses Paid Rate: $235-$245/hour
