Payroll Administrator - On-Site
Job Type: Full-time
Location: On-Site, Alamosa, CO
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing payroll for a medium-sized organization and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Payroll Administrator - On-Site
- Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis
- Ensure accuracy of employee time and attendance records
- Maintain employee payroll files and records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations including Colorado FAMLI

Requirements:
Requirements: Payroll Administrator - On-Site
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
