About the Position:
The Director of Operations position is the most senior role reporting to the President & COO. It includes broad responsibilities to lead in the scaling and maturation of their manufacturing operation as they move towards a 10 thousand home per year order target. You will have full support to provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational activities within the supply chain, production, and fabrication functions of the company. Also, complete authority to utilize state of the art manufacturing processes and systems to maximize the throughput and quality of their palletized structural frames. Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and quality control.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with manufacturing in any of the following areas: trusses, engineered wood products, modular/off-site construction, or other building products/materials.
• Bachelors of Engineering , Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
