VeloSource has a CRNA Opportunity in Kendallville, IN
- Hours - 7a- 3p / Call Hours: 3p- 7a
- Schedule - 2 weeks on/ 1 week off
- Call scheduled - call every other night, and the weekend between the 2 weeks for OR only, not OB call or patients
- Type of cases required- ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, ORTHO
- Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (case logs required)
- Certifications Required - ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Number of providers during the day- 2
- Number of OR's - 3
