- Some previous formal sales training
- Painting/construction industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
- College degree is a plus, but not required
Requirements
- Excellent technology skills (iOS/MacOS)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least three years of sales experience
- Valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Daily on-site estimates for residential and commercial painting and carpentry services in the greater Seattle area
- Lead generation - business development, networking, and community
- Prepare written proposal presentations
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Manage/update CRM database
- Weekly meetings with field, sales, and office staff
- Coordinate with field and office staff for scheduling and forecasting
