Introduction to the job
The business support lead within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement is responsible to support the NPI and supplier management teams in their daily operations and structural improvement projects. The business support lead enables and supports in Performance Management, Training & Competency Development and Business Improvement projects. Alignment and cooperation, sharing best practices and Ways of Working with the Business Support and Training & Competency teams in other locations is an integral part of the role.
Role and responsibilities
You will be supporting multiple departments within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement such as; NPI, Sourcing, Logistics and Quality Supplier management.
Generate business insights by translating performance data into visuals, reports and dashboards;
Interact with cross-sector stakeholders and be able to present and explain problems; approach, results and recommendations;
Initiate and contribute to process and tooling improvements;
Manage, drive and sustain organizational development programs within S&SC aimed at competency and training development, performance management and structural improvements, like
KPI dashboard development, implementation and reporting
Support Supplier Account Teams with relevant data
Cost reporting and analysis
Compliance reporting
Competency assessment & skills development
Training development
Learning and onboarding plan development and roll out
Process introductions, improvement and compliance
Change management
Education and experience
Bachelor degree is required with related experiences;
Minimum 5 years experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management or Business Improvement or similar support role(s)
Strong project management skills with superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong presentation skills with ability to adapt material based on target audience
Desire for continuous improvement, development and eager to develop and grow your organization
Experience working in organizational and/or technical training environment preferred
Experience working in a project management role
Experience working in a world-wide organization with multiple global locations desired
Experience working in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical industries desired

Ability to work extended hours and travel as required
Other information
Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs – specify percentage of travel.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $126,750-$211,250. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
