Pharmacy Intern Extern Per Diem Rotating Position Summary
Assist the pharmacist by filling physician orders for medications, mixes IV admixture solutions as required using aseptic technique in the Laminar Air Flow Hood, prepares and files charge slips and performs other related duties.

THE PHARMACY INTERN EXTERN PER DIEM ROTATING CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Completion of formal education program which meets requirements for certification.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Licensed as a Pharmacy Intern by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.
REQUIRED COURSE(S) TRAINING: Currently enrolled in the College of Pharmacy.
