Ally Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop, appliances, window treatment, wire shelving and glass enclosure products and expert installation services, as well as design studio solutions, to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, and Fort Myers.
We are looking for an Assistant Home / Assistant Field Manager to join our team supporting our Tampa market. The Assistant Home Manager is the primary point of contact for our builder partners, ensuring a seamless, timely and successful delivery of solutions in all product categories.
Assistant Home / Assistant Field Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist Home Manager with multiple projects / subcontractors for timely and accurate installation of products.
- Help Home / Field Manager with administrative tasks.
- Assist Home Manager with onsite inspections for quality control prior to installation and communicate progress to Project Coordinators, Department Managers and Builder partners.
- Identify issues such as conflicting measurements, delays, emergencies, etc. and provide solutions, changes and / or corrections.
- Follow up to ensure completion, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Assistant Home / Assistant Field Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home construction
- Excellent technical skills with an understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate, delegate and monitor multiple projects with little supervision.
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
