Shift: First (6am - 2:30pm, Mon-Fri)
Starting Hourly Wage: $24.00/hr. with a
$1,500 sign on bonus!Plant/Work Location: 3010 S. Pipeline, Euless, TX 76040.

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance of production equipment, building infrastructure and grounds to ensure safety of all employees and minimized unplanned production downtime.
Duties include but are not limited to: electrical maintenance, pipefitting and plumbing tasks, woodwork and fixtures, light bulbs, covers, and filter replacement, scrap, putty and paint walls, simple machine and equipment troubleshooting. Utilizes a wide variety of hand and portable power tools.
What are we looking for?
- 2-5 years + manufacturing equipment maintenance experience, required.
- Experience with preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting and repairing CNC Machines, required.
- Industrial electrical maintenance experience, required
- Ability to organize and maintain clean, safe, organized work space, required.
- Related Associate's Degree or Technical School Certificate in Industrial Maintenance, strongly preferred.
- Positive, service-minded, reliable, organized, proactive individual that is eager to solve problems.
This position reports to the maintenance/facilities manager.
What specifically will you be doing?
- Performing preventive maintenance on CNC machines and other production-related equipment (panel saws, CNC mills, routers, lathes)
- Trouble-shoot and repair CNC machines and other production-related equipment (panel saws, CNC mills, routers, lathes)
- Perform a variety of maintenance repair (building infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic) with limited direction and guidance.
- Experience with using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Software a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment is typical of most shop environments, not climate controlled and subject to outdoor weather conditions. Team members are exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.
- Frequent exposure to fumes/dust particles; may require use of respirators or other types of PPE.
- May come in contact with toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
