Job DescriptionThe Client Integration team at Epsilon holds a key role in integrating our clients' first-party data into our platform. This team combines elements of engineering, consulting, and technical account management to facilitate integration, ensure its ongoing success, and assist with digital campaigns. Our work involves understanding our clients' marketing objectives and adjusting Epsilon's technology to reach these goals. In this role, you'll have the chance to solve challenging technical problems and work with some of the top names in advertising.
The Director of Client Integration is a hands-on leadership role within our team. After acquiring proficiency in our platform and tools, you will actively participate in both company and client initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your involvement will span across the client lifecycle, from onboarding through campaign execution, to continual support. Your primary responsibilities will include spearheading strategic initiatives and managing a dedicated team within the organization, reinforcing our commitment to client success.
Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team including both managers and individual contributors. Ensure the quality and efficiency of their output and serve as the primary point of escalation.
- Set standards for the team with regards to client support, technical excellence, and customer service to cross-teams
- Drive results with both internal impact on client integration, and externally to other cross-teams and clients
- Continually evaluate team's bandwidth against current work, incoming sales, and product pipeline to identify staffing and training needs.
- Advisor to internal/external stakeholders and proactively reaches out to educate on best practices, new tools, and industry trends
- Continuously challenge status quo and looks both holistically and granularly to identify automation and innovation opportunities
- Inspire team by providing growth opportunities through impactful goals and cross-training
- Provide relevant, timely, and concise information to senior and executive leadership.
- Proactively evaluate companywide processes and looks to improve them, with focus on making an impact across the team and organization.
- Occasional travel required (approximately 1-2 days per quarter)
Qualifications- Ideal candidates will have an excellent business aptitude coupled with a strong technical background
- A proven track record in successfully managing and leading large initiatives, including aspects of design, vision, and organization of the effort.
- Previous AdTech and MarTech experience
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience
- Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality results
- High level of expertise with web technologies
- Strong command of SQL, JavaScript and hands-on programming experience
- Previous experience in working with databases, including an understanding of database structures and the ability to run queries for data interaction and analysis
- Prior consulting experience is desirable
Experience and Education- 15+ years of experience in a technical role
- 10+ years leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing technology
- Bachelors in Computer Science, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience
