All days in September EXCEPT 9, 16, and 23
Second Call Coverage:
August 5, 10, 18, 28, 31
September 1, 4, 5, 10, 12, 14-16, 18, 20, 21-22, 25, 28, 29
Assignment Details/Requirements :
Active unrestricted Washington license or IMLC required
Current Board Certification required
ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Schedule hours for Clinic/Hospital 7am-7pm
Schedule Days Clinic/Hospital OR open 5 days per week
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Required procedures: General, Pediatrics, OB, Neuro, Cardiac, Thoracic, Orthopedics, Vascular, Trauma, Spinals, Epidurals
Facility Details: EMR: Epic, Estimated Credentialing Timeframe 90-120 days
