Canopy Credit Union is seeking an influential Branch Manager to join our Downtown Branch team to help fulfill our mission of guiding everyone towards solutions that lead to financial wellness. This position is not eligible for remote work and is expected to be in person.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspires the team by living and communicating the vision and mission of the credit union. Sets lofty goals that asks others to level up. Maintains clarity and focus on the big picture to motivate others to drive results
- Management: Clearly define the goals of the team to align with the goals of the credit union. Build and communicate the game plan to achieve the goals set. Establish a cadence to routinely check on goals and progress to ensure the game plan is being executed
- Coach Member Advocates to better serve our membership according to the Canopy service standard
- Conduct employee one on one meetings, evaluations, merit increases, and corrective actions
- Responsible for delivery of most Credit Union products and services to new and existing members
- Creates innovative ideas to gain business outside of normal branch operations
- Responds to member's questions, comments and concerns in an effective and timely manner
- Performs security at branch as well as the opening/closing of branch operations
- Responsible for actively promoting marketing efforts and evaluates the effectiveness
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
2-5 years of financial institution experience or similar preferred. Prior experience managing teams a plus.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
High school degree or GED required.
Compensation details: 68000-75000 Yearly Salary
