My client has a very well-established private practice. The office is beautiful and open with full staffing. You will get to do many different types of procedures. Mentorship is available if needed. Office culture is very important and the office is laid back and they like to have fun while working.

Practice Schedule:
- Full-time 4 Day work week. Monday-Thursday 8-5.
Practice Details:
- You average 7-10 Patients a day.
- Full Autonomy.
- 8 Ops w/ 1 surgical op.
- 60% Fee for service and 40% PPO.
- Average years of experience of current staff is 15 years.
- The office has 4 Hygienists.
Financials:
- Daily guarantee of $800 plus 33% adjusted production.
- Will be 1099.
