TrueCare is looking for a dynamic Health Center Manager experienced in FAMILY MEDICINE Operations.
This is a large clinic with over 50 employees and with outside of the clinic centralized departments for billing, call center and medical records.. the manager
will devote all time to the successful operations of the team to provide supreme care for patients.
We are looking for operations experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting.
A working manager concentrating in workflows, guidance and training, operations in running a clinic.
Working with Providers and templates to ensure all schedules are full , EPIC templates are filled and charting/documentation is compliant.
Great partnership with the RN Manager and Providers to care for our patients and staff members!!
Overseeing approximately 50+ staff members, including providers, medical assistants, nurses and front desk staff.
The Clinic Manager is responsible for staffing levels, operations, compliance, project management and provider relations.
This includes performance appraisals, hiring, training, disciplinary actions, time card approval, and metrics.
Minimum requirements and experience needed:
- Experience managing an outpatient ambulatory FAMILY MEDICINE/PRIMARY CARE, minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field.
- Budgeting, project management , process improvement, quality metrics and reporting experience is necessary.

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
