This candidate should possess excellentinterpersonal and communication skills to help build and foster change management related capabilities to support strategic and project-based initiatives. Responsibilities include managing the intake, selection and prioritization processes and helping ensure the GreenState Change Management processes are adhered to across the cooperative. Salary range for this position is $79,173.90- $105.966.64/yr with a progressive benefit package. ResponsibilitiesPerforms essential duties and responsibilities in the following areas which may include, but are not limited to those listed, and are subject to change:Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards in conducting GreenState'smission and vision.Demonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties andresponsibilities.Ensures confidentiality of member information.Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.Identifies, promotes, and evaluates idea driven solutions and innovations.Identify and align relevant stakeholders.Facilitate change management deliverables and ensure they are completed to a high level ofquality, on schedule, and compliant.Monitor, control, and report change management progress and risks to program leadership.Identify technical issues affecting engagement and propose solutions.Communicate timely and relevant information through an integrated, cross-functional strategy.Ensure effective communication of changes, including audience, format/method and cadence.Develop effective collaboration and relationship building amongst multiple departments includingIT, business units, and others.Document meeting discussion and publish meeting minutes with action items.Engage in collaborative and constructive dialogue to evaluate progress against changeobjectives.Identifies process strengths and weaknesses; researches and recommends areas ofimprovement for overall productivity and efficiency, defines and implements plan of action.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent years' experience required.3+ years of experience in Change Management with a proven record of delivering changestrategy, engagement, communication, and training strategies and tactics in support of people,process, and technology. (Change Management certification is a plus.)Financial services industry experience preferred.Organizational strategy and design, and/or organizational development experience is a plus.Experience working with and supporting corporate leadership in driving change.Experience working within a matrixed organization.Demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage stakeholder relationships.Experience in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle a plus.Ability to design, lead and manage large group meetings.Ability to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate fact-basedrecommendations and measurement of progress.Ability to perform job responsibilities with discretion and judgment.Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up on assigned tasks and document activities.Ability to work with highly confidential information in a discretionary manner.Good analytical skills with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.Ability to complete tasks with minimal to moderate supervision.Reporting RelationshipReports to the Program and Change Management DirectorSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position is not responsible for the supervision of other employees.Equal Opportunity Employment StatementGreenState Credit Union is an EEO/AA Employer.
