SUMMARY:The primary function of the Warehouse Coordinator is to work with warehouse personnel on shipping, receiving & cycle counting while being cross-trained as a warehouse route delivery driver to fill in as needed. Other duties may be assigned.Works with inventory control on daily cycle counts, and maintains shipping materials & suppliesPrepare and expedite shipments in a timely and accurate manner. Operate equipment such as lift truck or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.Put stock away.Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.Verify parts on paperwork match delivery and pick up.Keep an accurate log book per DOT rules and regulationsKeep an accurate log of all mileages and fuel stops per DOT rules and regulations for state fuel tax purposesHandle basic maintenance of the truck including filling fuel / DEF tank, checking oil / coolant, keeping interior and exterior clean, and making sure required inspections are performed daily.Work in a team environment.Maintain professional appearanceKeep area clean and organized.Complete and pass OSHA approved forklift training.
