If you have a background in sales, marketing, or business development, and a heart for serving others, we want to hear from you!Primary Responsibilities:- Create and execute a strategic marketing campaign that targets key referral partners and builds brand awareness within the community to drive business growth- Create and maintain a social media campaign the drives community engagement and builds brand awareness.- Document all sales efforts utilizing our CRM: Salesforce- Meet with new clients and families to educate them on how Home Instead can support their independence and meet their care needs following the consultative sales process.- Work in partnership with the recruitment team to assist in executing external Recruitment activities such as Job Fairs, meeting with RPN's for job seekers.ScheduleSchedule is generally Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with occasional evening and/or weekend events.Benefits- The best team in Home Care!
