Under the direction of the Laboratory leadership, serve as the liaison between the Outreach Clients (physician offices and facilities) and the laboratory to aid in sustaining laboratory volume and satisfaction with services, resolving laboratory related issues, providing information, support and education relative to provider and provider office needs in utilizing our services. Directly responsible for the coordination of all Laboratory Outreach. Assists Laboratory Manager with laboratory information systems duties and charge integrity.
Minimum Education
- AS/BS degree in laboratory or health related sciences preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
- Sales/Marketing and/or customer service experience desirable.
- 3 years’ experience in laboratory testing/operations.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong clinical knowledge of laboratory testing requirements and clinical indications for such in determining referral and in answering client questions.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Interpersonal skills to work with team members, internal and external customers, including strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary Range: $46,550 - $74,350
