Seeking an additional BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join our Gastroenterology department in Peoria, IL. Inpatient consults and Inpatient procedures for Gastroenterology Annual consult volumes: Hospital 1-180, Hospital 2-228, Hospital 3-528 Annual procedure volumes: Hospital 1-80, Hospital 2-124, Hospital 3-553 Schedule is 25 weeks (175 shifts) per year, Monday-Sunday, 24-hour coverage, in-house from 7a-7pm; shifts will include holidays as part of the normal schedule rotation Full time Advanced Practitioner support for daytime coverage 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients Triage calls for GI and round on patients at all three hospital campuses EUS procedure, plus ERCP Participate in biweekly colorectal tumor boards Level II Trauma Center that has been ranked in the state of Illinois for patient outcomes Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Benefits: Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail insurance covered.
