The primary function of the Clinical Supervisor is to provide professional services to a caseload of children affected by ASD who are receiving therapeutic services. The Clinical Supervisor works as a team member in the delivery of services and as a promoter of the company services and expansions. The Clinical Supervisor works within a team of professionals to design, deliver, evaluate and report on the services being provided to clients. Location: Flexible for any location within MN. Qualifications: Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain licensure in the State of MN (LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC) within the specified timelines. Expertise: Strong knowledge of professional and ethical clinical standards, particularly in mental health and behavior therapy services. Proficiency in behavioral, functional, and psychometric evaluation skills is essential. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team structure with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mobility: Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and access to a vehicle for travel to worksites and the office. Background Check: Must pass all required criminal background checks to work with children and vulnerable adults. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Preferred Experience: Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families is highly desired. Major Responsibilities: Independent Decision-Making: Exercise independent business judgment in managing all Individual Treatment Plans. Team Support: Supervise clinical staff to ensure the delivery of effective services. Leadership: Provide leadership in clinical practice and adhere to guidelines set by third-party payers. Authorization Management: Handle all prior authorization requests, including necessary paperwork, appeals, reports, hearings, and court appearances. Family Engagement: Meet with families/caregivers and community members to support company mission and ABA treatment methodologies. Progress Review: Regularly meet with Program Managers and Lead Therapists to review client progress and provide guidance on challenging behaviors. Training and Development: Lead training sessions, provide instruction, and demonstrate effective practices. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Attend and present at clinical and interdisciplinary meetings as needed. Documentation: Maintain detailed case notes and ensure confidentiality of all client information. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to parents/guardians. Client Observations: Perform face-to-face observations with clients every 90 days or as needed. Program Promotion: Actively promote programming and expansion efforts.
