- Manage the overall operations of Continuing Care while meeting, or exceeding, federal, state, and local, regulations and the facility's quality and service standards
- Manage occupancy development of Continuing Care; actively market the continuum of care by networking in the community with residents, families, discharge planners, social service workers, local business organizations, and other referral sources
- Develop an operating budget, and capital expenditures budget and coordinate capital improvements
- Direct the safety and loss prevention program; maintain the quality assurance program and take remedial action when necessary
- Develop and implement a facility-wide resident relations program to meet residents' needs and to ensure resident quality and service
- Ensure continued licensure and certification of Continuing CareCompensation:Commensurate with experience starting at $120000.00 / year and we provide a generous bonus plan -along with competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state lawWhat you will need
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three (3) years of management-level experience in long-term care
