Monday - 1pm-11pm, 9pm-7am
Thursday - 1p-10p, 9pm-7am
Saturday - and 7pm-7am
Assignment Details/Requirements : Active and unrestricted Alabama license required
Current Board Certification or Board Eligible required
Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
ACLS, BLS, PALS, ABEM preferred. If ABFM we need how many hours you can prove EM Experience
Fellowship Preferred
Central Venous Lines, Joint reductions REQUIRED
Provider must live 90+ miles from facility
Active DEA & CSR
No OT for this assignment
Average of 1.8-2.2 patients per hour
Facility details: EMR: Cerner, credentialing timeline of 120 days
