Pathology Locums Job in Michigan - Ongoing CoverageDates of Coverage: Monday through Friday, 8A-5P
Call schedule: nights and weekend rotation
Weekly (alternate week), start at Friday 5:00pm, finish at next Friday 8:00am
Assignment Details : Board Certification or Board Eligible required
Active Michigan license required
COVID vaccine required
35-50 cases read per day; 1 Physician in group; 4 Histotechnologists
Will be responsible for grossing your own specimens; will be cutting your own frozen sections on the Cryostat (Thermo Shandon)
Supervise Clinical Laboratory, will need AP/CP certified pathologist
Required Anatomic Pathology Procedures: Surgical Pathology, GI Pathology, GU Pathology, Neuropathology, Dermatopathology, Hematopathology (Bone Marrow, Lymph Nodes) Interpretation of Bone Marrow Aspirate/bx, Cytology, Autopsy
Required Clinical Pathology Procedures: Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry/Serology, Blood Bank
