Caring. Connecting. Growing together. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2925 Chicago Avenue Minneapolis, MN 55407.
We offer weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Primary Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for other team members
- Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services
- Manage the incoming correspondence/documentation
- Resolve inquiries from members and/or providers
- Providing training and quality standards to new staff members
Part of the challenge here is dealing positively with members and providers in sometimes challenging circumstances. As a subject matter expert, you'll also be the "go-to" resource for information. The flexibility to work evening hours will also be required.

Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma / GED
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time to 2925 Chicago Avenue Minneapolis, MN 55407 once every 5 weeks, at minimum
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel ( create edit save spreadsheet)
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft O utlook - email
- 2+ years of experience calendar management
- 2+ years of experience in HIM or experience working in Healthcare environment
- 2+ years of analyzing customer problems/customer service
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Ability to work our normal business hours or OT/weekend
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
Preferred Qualifications: - Medical terminology experience
- Experience leading a team
- RHIA/RHIT credential
Telecommuting Requirements: - Reside within Minnesota OR Wisconsin
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
