The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Two to six years' of litigation experience.
Experience in a wide variety of cases - auto, general liability, complex commercial, construction defect and civil litigation matters.
Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt, multitask and work independently.
Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, handling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
Ambitious attorney that wants to not only provide their clients with the best possible representation, but also want to grow their practice in a full-service firm.
Admitted to practice in the state of California.
Must be located in California.
