At Zerorez, our Fleet Assistants set the standard for hard work, professionalism, and customer service excellence. Zerorez of Minneapolis is looking for motivated self-starters to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide field support to Carpet Cleaning Technicians, transporting additional equipment and/or products.
- Replace or service field-damaged tools or vehicles (Van swaps)
- Assist with water machine maintenance that produces our Zr Water™
- Assist in vehicle check in, ensuring vehicles are parked according to vehicle log.
- Document and repair equipment dropped off at the end of a route.
- Test and document Zr Water™ to ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain in shop cleanliness, general housekeeping in shop area and wash bay.
- Inventory control, ensure products used in the home are readily available to Carpet Cleaning Technicians
- In-shop repair of tools and equipment used in the field by Carpet Cleaning Technicians.
Requirements:
- No experience needed, we will train you in this role
- Ability to work a full time shift Tuesday through Saturday weekly
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Clear background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
