Home Care Professional Mentor (PT) JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Care Professional Mentor is an expert mentor who is to serve as a guide, coach or counselor and assist in the learning, development, and support of Home Instead Care Professionals. - Evaluate and guide new Care Professionals
- Provide coaching and hands-on training
- Assist Care Professionals to graduate to higher levels of care
- Introduce the new Care Professionals to their clients
- Ensure that Care Professionals follow best practices when caring for clients
- Be available to answer questions and provide guidance or instruction to Care Professionals
