How you will make an impact:Village Shores is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our team of Resident Assistants, monitor staffing levels to ensure our shifts are filled, and schedule your team while adhering to budgeted hours. This position is responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care from our team of Resident Assistants. You will monitor Individualized Care Plans and Daily Assignment Sheets and also step in when necessary to assist with resident care.
Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position.
What you will need:- CNA Certification required
- Minimum of 1-year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or experience with seniors
- Past supervisory experience is required
