Summary
NOTE: This position will support MyMichigan Medical Center Standish, currently Ascension St. Mary's, and will be based in Standish. Filling this position is contingent on the final close of the sale between Ascension and MyMichigan Health, and we reserve the right not to fill this position in the event the final sale is delayed or canceled.
Responsibilities
Assists with basic patient care activities.

Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical /Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) or other clinical supervisor.
Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Assists with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly. Assures resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.
