Schedule: Very flexible workweek with the ability to work 3-5 days A collaborative approach to determine an ideal patient volume Schedule with administrative time built in to help maximize time with patients Practice Setting: Established, family-focused ophthalmic practice serving Elkhart, Indiana, and surrounding communities since 1960 State-of-the-art equipment, including a Femto-capable Z8 Lasik machine, Insight Surgery Center with two Medicare Class C ORs, and a well-equipped facility with 23 exam lanes Collaborative team environment with experienced optometrists, nurses, and dedicated support staff The call schedule is highly restricted owing to our internal call system. Initially, certified assistants (COAs) handle the first round, and optometrists are enlisted for more serious calls following the initial screening process.
