They are a leading provider of premium frozen thaw-and-serve desserts to the food service and in-store retail industries. Dianne’s product line includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies and tarts, brownies/bars, and individual minis and specialty desserts.
What a Scaler will do: - Operate and prep scaling equipment
- Complete daily production reports and other paperwork
- Ensure accurate weights are deposited
- Work on depositing line as needed
- Weigh ingredients according to formulas and work list
- Ensure metal detection equipment is functioning properly before, during, and after production runs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What you need to be a Scaler: - High School Diploma or GED and 6+ months of related experience
- Excellent math skills
- Ability to stand for a complete shift, with breaks
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work other shifts/hours if necessary #NEjobhunt
