- Personal care: bathing, grooming, getting in and out of bed, sitting and rising
- Companionship: walking, gardening, crafting, playing cards, etc
- Transport: doctor's appointment, fitness classes, volunteer meeting, etc.
- Househelp: meal planning, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, cooking
