Position Summary
We are looking for a proficient Full-Time CT Technologist with specialized expertise in performing Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CT equipment to obtain high-quality images of patients' hearts and blood vessels, specifically focusing on coronary imaging. This individual will work closely with physicians and other medical staff to ensure accurate and precise diagnostic imaging.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Coronary CTA procedures using CT equipment with precision and adherence to established protocols.
- Maintain and operate CT equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and analyze imaging results.
- Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and imaging records.
- Adhere to safety protocols, radiation protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- State licensure to practice as a CT Technologist in Texas.
