Schedule:
Full Time, 30-40 hours/week
Monday-Friday
Day Shift hours
Caseload:
80-85% productivity
Mix of short term/long term SNF, outpatient ALF/IL
Local Payrate: $65-68/hour
Travel Package estimate: $2,836/week
Requirements:
PA PT License
Experience working with the adult and geriatric population is required.
