This role is supporting staff for our Corporate Trust Administration team. Our Corporate Trust Division acts as a fiduciary for investors in the securities market, primarily acting as trustee for municipalities. We act as an intermediary between the Issuer and the securityholder who has purchased the asset. We are responsible for repayment of principal and interest and monitoring compliance with the terms of the loan. We also act as a Transfer Agent for both public and private entities. You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Provide a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.Responsible for data entry functions, verifies and performs quality checks on data to ensure they match. Prepare and control activities, records, statistics and reports regarding operations. Build relationships with bankers, brokers and their systems as required. Assist clients as needed. Administer programs, projects and/or processes specific to trust operating functions. Who should apply?
- Requires High School diploma or Equivalent and some banking, trust or office related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements. Basic knowledge of banking, trust operations or general office processes and functions.General knowledge of the securities industry.Good customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with both internal and external clients. Must be accurate with good attention to detail. Good data entry, research and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
