Instructor
The Opportunity
Lesley University is seeking an Instructor to support our Threshold program. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering math related courses to our students in a small instructor to student ratio. Classes include, but may not be limited to: Consumer Math, Personal Finance, Budgeting Labs, and Principles of Business Finance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodiverse individuals, the ability to differentiate instruction within the classroom, and be flexible.
Qualities & Capabilities
A successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (required); Master's degree (preferred)
- Prior experience working with children or adults with disabilities
- Ability to develop and administer curriculum to students with diverse learning challenges
- Demonstrated success using digital technology to achieve program goals
