Job Description:
- Overall experience of about 8+ years in Manufacturing industry in Field Service experience strategy consulting and transformation.
- Should have worked on or been a part of Service transformation initiatives (field service transformation, asset 360, servitization strategy)
- Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes
- Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle - business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc
- Articulate and architect industry specific business solutions
- Lead teams for business blue printing
- Guide technical teams in solution design and implementation
- Lead Solution stream as part of advisory assignments / projects for leading manufacturing clients (industrial, auto, process or aero manufacturing clients)
- Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers
- Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent
- Experience in working with key technologies (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365, ServiceMax, others
Responsibilities:
- Define Service / Field servie roadmap and strategy, product evaluation and solution design for manufacturing clients
- Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects
- Identify opportunities through business connects with clients and relationships in ecosystem
- Lead RFP responses and contribute
- Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative.
- Track emerging business models and trends for its applicability in manufacturing.
- Build connects with analysts, speak jointly with customers in key Industry forums and publish thought leadership articles
