We are looking to hire a Service Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.
Educate and assist customers.
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Ensure quality standards are met on the jobs
Plan and communicate to prevent problems and/or resolve emerging issues
Required to drive to different jobsites
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards and feedback
Excellent with attendance
Willingness to work OT when required
Other duties assigned
Troubleshooting and working through construction issues to come up with creative solutions without sacrificing quality
Strong communication and follow up with superintendent
Ability to lift 70 pounds
own appropriate tools
Position Requirements Qualifications:
Minimum 5 - year customer service experience
Valid Driver license and clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload - 70 pounds
Highly organized
